To analyze OBS logs, it is most convenient to use OBS Log Analyzer, developed by the creators of OBS
Using URLs to analyze logs
Open the OBS app
Next, open the top panel tab Help > Log Files and select the Upload Last Log File option
In the window that appears, click the Copy URL (or Analyze) button to immediately go to the OBS Log Analyzer
Open the OBS Log Analyzer, paste the link into the Enter an OBS log URL here field, click the Analyze button
You will receive the result of the analysis, which will highlight critical errors, warnings about possible broadcast problems, as well as useful information that is worth paying attention to. In addition, you can view the full broadcast log by clicking the View entire log file button
By scrolling below (or by clicking on the error in the Analysis), you can get acquainted with the analysis results in details. Example:
Using log files for analysis
Open the OBS app
Next, open the top panel tab Help > Log Files and select the Show Log Files option
This will open the directory on your PC where OBS logs are stored. Copy the file of the broadcast you need to a location convenient for you
Open the OBS Log Analyzer and choose File Upload
Press the Analyze button
