Withdrawing Funds from Your Balance
To withdraw funds from your balance, follow these steps in your Partner Account (PA):
Ensure Your Bank Details Are Complete:
Before you can request a withdrawal, your bank details must be fully completed and up to date in your Partner Account.
Submit a Payout Request:
You must submit a withdrawal request through your Partner Account. Navigate to the "Balance" section, click on Withdraw and follow the instructions to initiate the process.
Payout Conditions:
Funds can only be withdrawn on a per-calendar-month basis, either separately or in combination with other months.
Important! Payouts typically take up to 25 business days to process after the request is submitted. Please plan accordingly and submit your request in advance if you need funds by a specific date
You can submit the payout request for the past month not earlier than at the 1st of the new months.
