Withdrawing Funds from Your Balance

To withdraw funds from your balance, follow these steps in your Partner Account (PA):

Ensure Your Bank Details Are Complete: Before you can request a withdrawal, your bank details must be fully completed and up to date in your Partner Account.

Submit a Payout Request: You must submit a withdrawal request through your Partner Account. Navigate to the "Balance" section, click on Withdraw and follow the instructions to initiate the process.

- Funds can only be withdrawn on a per-calendar-month basis, either separately or in combination with other months.
- Important! Payouts typically take up to 25 business days to process after the request is submitted. Please plan accordingly and submit your request in advance if you need funds by a specific date
- You can submit the payout request for the past month not earlier than at the 1st of the new months.
