  • I’m sending the stream, but it doesn't appear on the site. What do I do?

    RTMP key and server address should be copied exactly how they are in the Broadcast tab at stream settings in Partner Account.

  • How do I make sure I’m creating a product at the correct timezone?

    Click on your profile in the partner cabinet. Set the timezone where the event is held. New products, streams, and videos will use this time by default.

  • The total revenue is different from the amount on the balance page, why?

    The sum you see on the analytics page includes recurrent payments, where the balance page shows you what you have right now.

  • If a customer uses a VPN, can they bypass regional restrictions?

    Unfortunately, it's possible for user to avoid geo-restrictions. But it happens rarely.

  • Is there a way do hinder people from screenrecording ?

    It's not really possible. Even with DRM as the primary option for protecting content from screen capture, it's easy enough to circumvent with special devices / software.
