💡 Products are containers with content available for a set fee, such as videos, streams, or collections.
Our platform offers a user-friendly interface to help you create and publish a product quickly and efficiently. This guide walks you through each step — from choosing the access type to uploading media and publishing your product.
✅ Step 1: Select Access Type
Once you enter the product creation interface, you will see two access options:
Paid Access – Users pay a one-time fee to access your content.
Subscription – Users get access through a recurring subscription.
👉 Choose the option that best fits your product. After selection, the Add Tariff button will become available.
✅ Step 2: Enter Basic Product Information
In this step, provide key details about your product:
Product Title – Give your product a clear and engaging name.
Product Description – Explain briefly what users will get.
Product Cover – Upload an image that visually represents your product.
📌 Note: These fields are required. Make sure the content is clear, concise, and
visually appealing.
✅ Step 3: Set Access and Sales Dates
Specify availability periods for your product:
Access Start Date – When users can start accessing the content.
Access End Date – When access will be revoked.
Sales End Date (optional) – When the product will no longer be available for purchase.
This gives you full control over your product’s lifecycle.
✅ Step 4: Add Promo Content
Enhance your product listing by uploading promotional visuals:
Promo Video Cover – Thumbnail image for your promo video.
Promo Video – Upload a short video teaser or overview.
You can also fine-tune visibility options:
Show content on product page – Toggle to display product content directly.
Access by link only – Restrict product visibility to users with a direct link.
✅ Step 5: Save or Publish
After filling in all the fields and uploading the required assets:
Click Save to store the draft.
Click Publish to make your product live and available to users.
