How to Replace an Existing Video on Your Platform

If you need to replace a video or stream recording with a new file from your computer but want to keep the original video's statistics and access settings, follow these simple steps:

Step-by-Step Guide to Replace a Video

  1. Log into your Partner Account

    • Use your email to log into your account

  2. Go to the "Video" Section

    • Once logged in, navigate to the Video section in your Partner Account.

  3. Select the Video to Replace

    • Browse your video library and click on the title or thumbnail of the video you wish to replace.

  4. Upload a New Video File

    • In the video details page, locate the option to Upload File.

    • Click Upload File, and a file explorer window will open. Choose the new video file from your PC.

  5. Save Changes

  • Once your new video is selected, the upload process will begin.

  • After the upload is complete, click Save to finalize the replacement.

Important Note

  • Processing Time: The new video will take some time to process, depending on its size and format.

  • Temporary Access to Old Video: While the new video is being processed, viewers will still have access to the old version. Once the processing is complete, the new video will replace the old one automatically.
