Monthly Balance Top-Up

What is the Client Balance?

Your Balance is a reflection of the funds available in your account that can be requested for Payout. This balance is updated automatically based on the revenue generated from your platform.

Balance reflects available for withdrawal funds from sales in previous months.

Monthly Balance Top-Up

On the 1st day of each month, your balance is automatically credited with the revenue from the previous month. This amount represents the total earnings generated from your platform during the last calendar month.

Your balance always shows the current available amount, which you can request for withdrawal at any time following the steps outlined below.

Automatic Deductions on the 1st of the Month

On the 1st day of each month, after your balance has been topped up, our system will automatically deduct the following expenses:

  1. License Payment for the New Month:
This is the fee for using the Sprintty service for the upcoming month.

  2. Refunds:
Refunds refer to any amounts that need to be returned to customers for various reasons, such as cancellation of services or content purchases.

  3. Disputes:
Disputes are charges initiated by banks or payment processors due to disagreements or complaints raised by customers regarding their transactions.

  4. Other Services:
Any other services that have been or may be provided will also be deducted from your balance automatically.

Balance Sufficiency Check

  • If Funds Are Sufficient:
After all deductions, the remaining amount will be displayed on your balance. You can review all deductions made in your transaction history.

  • If Funds Are Insufficient:
If the balance is not sufficient to cover all the charges, the system will automatically generate an invoice for the outstanding amount or for the full payment of the services.
Alternatively, if there are insufficient funds for the current month's charges, the system will deduct from the balances of other months if available.
