Overview:
Click on the price to check user data and payment details
Clicking on user email will move you to the Users menu tab, where you can check all user’s Purchases, Views, and Refunds.
Filters:
There is also a wide variety of filters built-in in this section.
Open all filters by pressing the pyramid pictogram.
Here you will see all available filters.
Here is a short example of what information you can choose to filter your purchases.
Please note, that there are filters that allow you to check current subscription status of users, as well as their renewal status
You can check the reason why the subscription wasn't renewed, by hovering mouse over Renewal field
