šŸ’” Tagging is a way of assigning descriptive information to content. Tags can help categorize content and make it easier to find what you are looking for.

Create and assign tags

To make a new tag, navigate to the page titled "Tags" in the menu and select the "Create a tag" button located in the upper right corner of the page.

Set a title for your new tag and click the Ā«SaveĀ» button in a new window.

To apply a tag to an uploaded file, go to the Videos. Click on the videoā€™s name and choose a tag in a pop-up window. Save your settings by clicking the Ā«SaveĀ» button.

The tags added to the video will be visible on the video page. Clicking on a tag will display a list of all videos that contain that tag.


Tag types

ā• This option is turned off by default. Contact support to enable it.

If you want to have some tags that would be consistent throughout your content, you may want to add Ā«tag typesĀ»

This will add an extra level of categorization to your content directory, but it's not mandatory.
