Player Component — Embed Video on Your Page

Updated over a week ago

The Player component allows you to embed video content directly into a page — whether it’s a promo landing, showcase, or internal section. It’s an ideal way to display trailers, livestreams, presentations, or any type of video.

How to Add the Player Component

  1. Open the page editor where you want to embed the video.

  2. In the Components section, click the "+" (Add) icon.

  3. From the component list, select Player.

  4. Click Next to proceed to settings.

Player Settings

In the Settings tab:

  • Content* — Choose a video from your uploaded media library.

  • Auto play — Toggle on to have the video start automatically when the page loads.

  • Loop — Enables continuous playback.

  • Muted — Mutes the video by default (recommended if autoplay is on to avoid browser restrictions).

Visibility Configuration

Under the Visibility tab, control who sees the video and where:

  • Visibility by country — Show the player only in selected regions (e.g., All, Kazakhstan, Germany).

  • Platform access — Limit visibility by platform: All, Web, Mobile, etc.

  • Visibility to users — Filter by user type: All, Subscribers, Guests, etc.

This ensures content is properly segmented and complies with geo-license rules.

Final Step

After completing your settings:

  • Click Create to add the component to the page.

  • Click Save at the top right to apply changes.

Use Cases

  • Upcoming event trailers or teasers

  • Promotional video messages

  • Tutorials or onboarding content

  • Embedded livestreams

Technical Tips

  • Use web-optimized formats: H.264 for video and AAC for audio.

  • Autoplay is more reliable when combined with Muted.
