To check if a user has requested any refunds, go to the Users section and click on the number under the Refunds column, or go straight to Returns tab on the left side. This redirects you to the Returns section with a filter applied to show only refunds associated with the selected user.

In the Returns tab, you can:

  • Review refunded purchases.

  • Check the date and reason for each refund.

  • Manage refund requests efficiently.

This feature ensures transparency in financial transactions and helps you handle refund-related queries effectively.
